The following set of web pages have been provided as a template for projects wanting to use html pages to capture requirements using Use Cases. These samples are slightly ahead of my paper on use cases, in that Stakeholder interests are more prominent and acceptance test cases have been added at the bottom of the Use Case. There is also some guidance as to when to fill in the different parts of the Use Case template.
