Typically this assistance is in the form of Mentoring
and Training, but for those cases when a system has to be delivered under
a tight schedule, Software Craftsmanship Inc. can undertake delivery
responsibility for a project. Recent projects have included both C++ and Java
Software Craftsmanship Inc. does not typically undertake long duration
development projects. For projects planned to take more than 6 months, the preferred
route is to train and provide mentoring to an in-house team of developers. This
ensures that the next time a project need arises, an experienced, in-house team
is available.
